White Sage is a cleansing herb used to get rid of negative energies and to enhance intuition.

Traditionally used in rituals and ceremonies for spiritual purification, house blessings and spiritual cleansing. The smoke is believed to drive out negative energy and help reconnect with Mother Earth.

Use caution when burning sage. Embers or flames may cause fire. Do not leave unattended. Always be sure to fully extinguish any remaining flames or embers before storing smudge stick in or on a fire-proof surface. Be sure to leave windows and doors open while smudging for proper ventilation.

Smudging is not recommended for those with asthma or other respiratory conditions. Do not use near infants, small children or anyone who is or may be pregnant.
