For Best Results: Drink 3 cups of tea daily along with a plant centered diet, stress reduction and proper rest.

Carefully prepared by a Certified Herbalist with Certified Organic Ingredients

Directions: Add 1-2 tsp herbs to 6 oz cup of boiling water.

Steep for 3-5 minutes

Steeped Teabags can be refrigerated and reused 1 or 2 more times before disposing.

Caffeine Free Blend:

Lemon Balm, Lavender, Ashwagandha, Rose

Optional: Add agave, cinnamon, fresh ginger or lemon to enhance the flavor.

Store in a cool dark dry place to preserve the potency of dried herbs.
