Turmeric Root (w/ black pepper)
Rosemary:
White Willow
Ginger Root
Cinnamon
St. John's Wort
Directions: Add 1-2 tsp of herbs to tea bag.
Pleasure steep for 3-5 minutes in 6 oz cup of boiling water or teapot.
Medicinal steep for up to 30 minutes for a more potent brew.
Optional: Add agave, cinnamon, fresh ginger or lemon to enhance the flavor.
